«Առաքելություն Հայաստան» բարեգործական հասարակական կազմակերպությունը մեծ կորուստ ունեցավ. մեզանից հեռացավ կազմակերպության հիմնադիր նախագահ Հռիփսիմե Կիրակոսյանը, ով իր ողջ կյանքը, ջանքերը և եռանդը ներդրեց մի հզոր սոցիալական կառույցի՝ «Առաքելություն Հայաստան» բարեգործական հասարակական կազմակերպության հիմնադրմանը և կայացմանը՝ ՀՀ սոցիալական ոլորտում ներդնելով մի մոդել, որը շատ արագ ձեռք բերեց մեծ ճանաչում ոչ միայն ՀՀ-ում, այլև ողջ Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում:

Իր հոգում արմատավորված մարդասիրությամբ և մեծ նվիրումով՝ ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում նա սովորեցրեց ապրելու խորհուրդը. կարեկցել ու աջակցել, պայքարել ու չհանձնվել: Նրա համար չկային անհաղթահարելի դժվարություններ, և սակայն, երկար մաքառելով անբուժելի ծանր հիվանդության դեմ ու բնավ ցույց չտալով կրող տառապանքները՝ անզոր գտնվեց:

2016թ.օգոստոսի 29-ին կորցրեցինք մեծ նվիրյալի, ով իր կենսակերպով, կրող գաղափարներով, հայ մարդու հոգեկերտվածքով և հանձնառությամբ՝ մեծ հետք թողեց մեր երկրի մարդասիրական գործունեության ոլորտում: Նա հիմնեց, խնամեց, աճեցրեց ու կայացրեց մի ամբողջ համակարգ և գործեց մինչև վերջին շունչը, մինչև վերջին ուժերը՝ հաղթահարելով ցանկացած դժվարություն:

Նա մեծ քրտինքով սերմանեց անհամար բարի սերմեր, ճաշակել տվեց նրա պտուղներից, ու թող այդ պտուղներ տվող ծառերի տարածվող սաղարթները լինեն մշտադալար ու բազմաբեր:

Միշտ կհիշենք նրան՝ որպես բազմաբեղուն, լի ավյունով, անխոնջ արարելու անսպառ եռանդով, լայնախոհ, բարեսեր և անձնուրաց ՀԱՅ ՄԱՐԴՈՒ տեսակ:

Սիրելի՛ Հռիփսիմե, դու մեզ տվեցիր քո ամբողջ ուժերը, միտքն ու գաղափարները, գործելակերպն ու սկզբունքները: Մենք պարտավորվում ենք շարունակել և առավել զարգացնել քո քրտինքով և աննահանջ պայքարով հիմնած գործը: Քո նպատակներն իրականություն են դարձած, իսկ գործունեությունը՝ հանձինս ինքնաբավ դարձած հազարավոր շահառուների, արդեն ամուր արմատներ ունի սոցիալական դաշտի անդաստաններում:

I am deeply saddened to learn — far away in the US — of the passing of Hripsime, a fellow humanitarian worker and trusted UNHCR partner, a person who had devoted her life to help others, to mitigate pain and suffering and who did so up until the very last of her days.

All of the UNHCR team, myself included, will miss Hripsime as a colleague who cared. I will miss her as a trusted and respected friend. I always valued her advice and thoughts (even if they were not always congruent with my own and it was evident that we came from very different backgrounds, management styles and value systems) and will remain ever grateful for her help in better understanding both Armenia and Armenians over my time in Yerevan. Not all may have always been happy with all her decisions and approaches, but she met many neglected needs in Armenia, and built up Mission Armenia in the face of many challenges and against all odds.

Hripsime is among the women your country can be proud of, a woman I feel honoured to have known and worked with. Let God let her soul rest in peace. I am with you with your thoughts and memories.

I am so sorry to hear about Hripsime’s death… it is a real and significant lost for all of us and the entire Armenia.

“Mission Armenia” is one of USAID’s leading local implementing partners in the social sector with whom we worked for more than a decade, and Ms.Hripsime Kirakosyan was the founder and the president of the organisation.

Due to Hripsime’s hard work “Mission Armenia” became a sustainable organization providing assistance and services to the most vulnerable.

I had an honor to work with Hripsime and want to admit her exceptional belief in the humanity and her devotion to MA’s mission.

It’s a challenging time for your organization, but I am more than convinced that you are strong enough and have an ability to continue the work started by your Leader and reach the goal envisioned by her.

I am very sorry to know that Hripsime today has passed away, was not aware of that she had an incurable disease. Hope that she did not had to suffer too much and for too long the pain. Indeed, an epoch has come to an end. At the same time, after mourning and contemplation, we have to look forward. It would be suitable to remember the legacy of Hripsime by continuing the work in her spirit.

It is with much sadness that we send our deepest sympathy for the loss of your leader and staunch advocate for seniors, refugees, and other vulnerable persons. True leaders are rare and few pass through our lives very often. Hripsime was a true leader.
A true leader inspires others, is passionate about their work, their purpose, they hold others to high standards and exemplify values that others strive to attain. True leaders bring out the best in others.

A leader might leave us in person, but a true leader’s mission stays with us. By continuing to carry out the mission, we pay tribute to the person’s life (Hripsime) and honor their work through our own work. This becomes their legacy.

Dear Mission Armenia team,

it’s really painful for SBFIC team to hear such news of such a huge loss.

For several months of cooperation we were too much impressed by Mrs. Hripsime Kirakosyan’s honest, transparent and generous manners, by her human qualities.

We were admiring her devotion to her mission, ideas, work style as well as appreciating and respectful attitude towards her team, partners and beneficiaries approaching her for any reason.

Her priorities in cooperation and any mutual relation are worth a special respect and should be a prime example for most organizations and individuals to follow.

Her unique human values and approaches should definitely lay in the basis of any social mission and personal perspective.

What is the paradox, she was such a respected, powerful and valued person, but such a modest and temperate personality meanwhile.

We have been happy so far to meet her ever and to have a chance to get to know her both personally and as a good partner.

For this short period we have taken so much from her that we will carry during all our lives and the period of career.

We really hope that all your team will proudly undertake Mrs. Kirakosyan’s mission and do their best not to loose the precious roots founded and grown up by her.

My dear friends at Mission Armenia

Today I have received emails from all over the world letting me know that Hripsime has died.
My feelings were a mix of sadness and memories one of the most outstanding and lovely people I met while I was Executive Director of ICSW.

I visited Yerevan in 2005 and 2007 and maybe other times.
It is impossible to pay a full tribute to the work of Hripsime. She built services for older people and others in Armenia against odds. A weaker person would never have persevered.
Her idea of creating a Black Sea network was an astonishing addition to an already packed life. I was pleased ICSW, with the help of Solveig, was able to make a contribution to bringing Black Sea countries together.

Hripsime was a woman of immense courage, dedication and a vision to achieve the impossible.
Please accept my deepest feelings for all who worked with Hripsime. And please pass on my thoughts and prayers to her family.

Armenia and the Black Sea countries should bow in recognition of the contribution Hripsime has made to so many lives.

Տիկին Հռիփսիմեն միշտ օգնության կարիք ունեցողների կողքին էր՝ սատար կանգնելով թե՛ Սպիտակի երկրաշարժից տուժած, թե՛ 80-ականներին Ադրբեջանից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներին և թե՛ պատերազմի հետևանքով Հայաստանում հաստատված սիրիահայերին: Նրան բնորոշ էին ազնվությունն ու արդարամտությունը, որոնց շնորհիվ նրա բոլոր ձեռնարկումները կյանքի էին կոչվում՝ արժանանալով բարձր վստահության:

Համոզված ենք, որ Հռիփսիմե Կիրակոսյանի բարի անունն ու հիշատակը միշտ վառ կմնան նրա հարազատների և մերձավորների, նրան ճանաչողների հիշողություններում:

It is with great sorrow I have received the message about HripsimeԲs death. During my Presidency in Europe Hripsime was one of the board members. She always participated in our meetings with great enthusiasm, energy and lotԲs of ideas. I also had the honour to visit her and Mission of Armenia in Jerevan together with Solveig and Denys. That trip taught me the importance of the work of Mission of Armenia and the strength of its leader. Also for ICSW it is a big lose since she was the person who worked to keep the Black See region going.

My thoughts go to her family and to the Mission of Armenia where she had her heart.
