On 11 Fabruary, Mission Armenia organized a meeting on “Organization of the uninterrupted referral process as a guarantee of service provision” at Shengavit day-care centre.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the RA, Unified Social Services and partner organizations.
During the meeting the mechanisms of referral of the elderly and people with disabilities, the difficulties in organizing the processes and the existing gaps were discussed.
During the joint discussion, the participants tried to find common solutions to make the process smoother.
The meeting was conducted with the support of Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the RA and within the frameworks of the “REACT: Relief and Early Recovery for People Affected by Conflict in Armenia” project, funded by European Union.
