- 18 aged and older people with mental health disorder

Main components:
- Provision of the necessary guarantees for an independent, participatory lifestyle of the target group, avoiding from isolation in their communities
- Based on needs assessments provision of the community-based services, assistance (health, legal, psychological, social services, care services, home renovations, etc.)
- Increase the opportunities for the realization of interests and rights through awareness-raising
- Have an influence on policy, decision-making through advocacy and lobbing in order to arise the voice of beneficiaries and their needs
