HyuraSer is a charitable project aimed at regular collection of food for families in difficult situations living in Armenian communities. The project has been established based on the Swiss model of food collection.
The goal of the project is to reduce the number of starving people in Armenia, those who are incapacitated.
The project objectives are to:
- Regularly collect and distribute food to families, members of which are unable to work;
- Develop social responsibility and social consolidation among citizens;
- Develop the culture of volunteerism and philanthropy through small steps in Armenia.
The project is being implemented with the help of volunteers and buyers who make a small contribution to the project along with their daily purchases in Supermarkets, which in their turn support the implementation of the project.
Each phase of the project is carried out in the following order:
- Collection of food,
- Sorting,
- Storage,
- Distribution.
